Maple Ridge is located in the northeastern section of Greater Vancouver between the Fraser River and the Golden Ears mountains. with a population of 82,256 (as of 2016).   B.C.’s fifth oldest city, it offers a mix of historical and rural activities.

Agriculture is an integral part of their economy, with berry crops and horse breeding, the city is also attracts new business development.

Transportation – 45 minutes to Vancouver so most residents commute using Translink Bus service or West Coast Express commuter rail service.

Memorial Peace Park – Multi use park with free music all summer long.

Malcolm Knapp Research Forest – The many trails make it a new experience each time.  Easy access. 

Townhouses and condos have marginally increased in price, but detached homes have seen the greatest growth.  Many Vancouver residents are moving to areas like Maple Ridge for a better bang for their buck.
